The ability to upgrade your town from 100x100 to 200x200 at a later date.

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
I am suggesting that the server allows users to upgrade their town at the cost of 25k or even an extra 50k from the original 100x100 to 200x200 at their own discretion. This would only be allowed of course if there was enough space surrounding the original 100x100 claim.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
This allows people to upgrade to landlord sooner and establish a 100x100 town without having to grind past the rank in order to ensure they get to upgrade. It would also be helpful for people that went for 100x100 and then decide they want to purchase an expansion later on.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
It will not require a new plugin.
