Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
Add information about the different nations roles. Include command list for different roles. IE Sherriff, Judicial, "2nd in command"

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
Clarity for the community

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
