Nation specific Lotto tax go to Nation funds

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
the 10% (or a portion of it) tax taken for lottos should go to the nation funds of the nation. Imperia could/should then tax the nation with those profits in mind as well.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
add more real-life functionality of our government, and allow nations to control gambling specifically in our nation

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.

Conceptually I like the idea, but it would probably be hard to implement. I think it would be neat, +1 but I'd say definitely give the devs discretion to deny if it would be too annoying.

We will not be implementing this, for one it allows us to keep the economy a little more in check by having a way of taking money from the economy. There are plenty of ways for yall to take money for taxes
