Color codes in chat, specifically in international and trade chat.

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
I am suggesting a paid donation feature that allows users to use color codes in chat, if not universal to all chats than at least in both trade chats. However, I would prefer the ability to use color codes in all chats since it is a paid feature.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
Increased donations to the server and ease of advertising/communicating for donators.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.

We will not be allowing users to use color codes in chat channels due to it simply making things look messy, on top of the fact that people often use it to troll.
