Being able to lock glass or armor stands

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
I have an enchanted armor on armor stand and i wanna put on

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
See through protection and stuff.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
Cant you just use the original lock plugin for the glass or armor stand?

At this time the administration does not see a need for locking glass. (Additionally, locking armorstands is not possible as they are entities and we can’t lock entities)
