I’m suggesting adding Pet Rider as a one time purchase in Extra Commands.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
Not everyone can afford tier4 monthly purchases. Or they may not want all features involved with it. Pet Rider provides an additional option for server donations. It’s also a fun, cosmetic option to show off to friends while riding a dolphin.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
