Add more flags

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
Add more protection flags. Primarily INTERACT-DENY, ITEM-FRAME-ROTATE-DENY, and ANIMAL-KILL-DENY (or whatever it is).

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
Grants greater control over what happens in a town, nation, etc for the owners. We should be able to prevent morons from coming into our towns and rotating our entire 20x20 map wall, killing animals, stealing horses, etc.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.

+1 The damage-animal flag is one that would help quite a bit.

These are some super handy flags for protecting stuff. +1 for adding them and ideally giving players an option to buy access to set the flags themselves.

We will be allowing for flags in the future, once those have been released you may file suggestions in regards to specific flags you feel we are missing and should include.
