Add Baron rank to /ranks

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
Add Baron rank to /ranks as well as the /baron cmd for those who would like to see that information.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
It'll allow players to have access to rank knowledge that wasn't available before.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
I don't believe so.

The /baron command works but it is not in /ranks

^ just assumed that it wasn't available as a command after not seeing it in /ranks. My bad haha

Yes, also add Admin and update Governor colours

Baron and Admin have been added to /ranks. Governor's Color has been updated as well!
