Add an Individual Blockshop on Each Nation

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
My suggestion is to add a blockshop "embassy" from the server in designated areas at the spawn of every nation. The blockshop is great but is not an efficient method of purchasing blocks because imports take so long.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
This frees up dev+ times (bc admin and lower can't have /give) and takes more money OUT of the economy. Player markets will still be profitable as long as blockshop remains high enough to enable competition from actual users.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.

Massive +1 waiting this long for imports makes it necessary to plan your building projects a week+ in advance (assuming you know exactly how much materials you need), this would just make life a lot easier

I am going to deny this suggestion, we are currently working on a solution to speed up import/exports significantly, which would solve a lot of the issues that are happening.
