Nation Three Laws
General Rules
All rules will first and foremost follow the law of Imperia. If there are any differences between our law and Imperia’s law they will be specified here.
No Griefing
- All resource collection is to be done in the resource worlds. If you are caught griefing or demolishing the overworld (wild) of Demoria, you are subject to jail time/deportation depending on severity.
- 1st Offence - 15 minute jail
- 2nd Offence - 30 minute jail
- 3rd Offence - Deportation
- Destruction of public projects is prohibited. This includes spawner setups in the mining/nether/end worlds.

No Stealing
- Theft from unlocked chests in protected areas (towns) is prohibited.
- 1st Offence - Repay items/items value to player + $5,000 fine to nation
- 2nd Offence - Repay items/items value to player + 20 minute jail time + $10,000 fine to nation
- 3rd Offence - Deportation
No Murder in Non-Pvp Zones as per Imperial Law
- Murder is acceptable in cases of active grief/destruction.
- Murder in non-pvp zones qualifies for deportation.
Replant All Farms
- 1st Offence - MUST replant, 15 minute jail
- 2nd Offence - Must replant, 30 minute jail (failure to replant after jail will result in perms removal)
- 3rd Offence - Deportation
Seizure of Property
- Locked chests/built structures in the wild may be removed after 14 days of inactivity. The nation leader/second-in-command may file for an LWC in the wild, if the user has been offline for longer than 14 days.
- Protected Regions fall under the rules of Imperia.
- Exceptions to this law include residents of Demoria who have notified the nation of extended absence via Discord Absences channel. Punishment for filing an excused absence LWC will be handled by the nation staff on a case by case basis.
- Filing an LWC on an excused absence - Repay the items to the user who was LWC’s or the value of the items. If you are unable or refuse you risk grief punishment laws.
- Using Alts to Benefit Other Nations
1. Using alts to benefit other nations is strictly prohibited. This includes using your alt to load a chunk in another nation whether a farm or a spawner setup.
1st Offence - $10,000 fine
2nd Offence - $25,000 fine
3rd Offence - Deportation
Code of Conduct Rules
- No Slurs, Homophobia, Racism, Bullying, Harassment of Others, Sexual Conduct.
- No Killing Animals in Protected Regions
- This includes stealing another nation members’ animals.
- No International Spies
- This means users from OTHER nations are not welcome to use alts/mains to spy in Demoria. If someone is found spying from another nation, they are subject to jail time/deportation as well as are exempt from the No Murder rule. Spies can be killed.
- Don't build where others have built without their permission in the overworld, including the wild.
- Streamer Rules
- Don’t claim things that are not yours, as yours. This includes builds, towns, graphics, etc.
- When you are streaming you also represent Demoria, and these rules need to be followed even in your streams chat.
- Failure to remove said property will result in a removal from the Nation’s discord, and is potential grounds for deportation
- Case by Case basis, but removal from the Nation’s Discord and grounds for deportation.
- Chat violation rules are subject to 10m mute. If chat conduct is broken beyond a 10m mute, depending on context server staff may interfere with sufficient evidence.
Constitution
ARTICLE 1 | Election
- In times dictated by the people, an election may be called to replace the Leader.
- The COUNTESS/COUNT in question to be eligible for being replaced, they must be inactive for 7 IRL days, have broken a server rule, or have been found by the people of Demoria to be lacking in their duties (aka they're hated by everyone)
-- A. For an election to be deemed legitimate, at least 50% of Active (Seen in 7 days) colonists must vote on the poll.
-- B. For the COUNTESS/COUNT to be replaced, at least 60% of the voters must vote to remove the Leader.
ARTICLE 2 | Laws
- All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in the Leader ("COUNTESS/COUNT") of Demoria
- The COUNTESS/COUNT may remove any/all government officials at their discretion.
ARTICLE 3 | Taxation
- The COUNTESS/COUNT has the power to order the TREASURER to collect additional taxes, beyond those levied by Imperia, for the purpose of repayment of debts, financing of public projects, defence in a national emergency, or any other reason.
- Failure to pay taxes assigned by the COUNTESS/COUNT or TREASURERwill result as follows.
- First Month - Additional Fines of $5,000 IMPs and 15 minute jail time
- Second Month - Additional Fines of $10,000 IMPs and 30 minute jail time
- Third Month - Deportation
TAX FINES WILL ONLY BE ADMINISTERED TO THOSE DEFINED ACTIVE BY SERVER STANDARDS
This means players with a /seen of longer than 14 days in game will not be considered active and will not be subject to fines.
If a player was to be inactive after receiving a fine, the fine will still be owed if the player chooses to return and resumes active status.
If an active player actively does not pay their fine on taxes, a scaled punishment will take place until they do.
For every 2 weeks they do not pay, an additional $5,000 will be added up to a total of $10,000 in which case deportation papers will be filed.
- Taxes must be paid via chest shops in the bank, so that they may be tracked with /csn history. N3_Treasury will set up said chest shops, and the money will be paid directly from N3_Treasury to /nbal deposit.
-Taxes are owed as follows
- Active Citizen - $5,000/month
- Active is defined as someone who has claimed residency in any towns/regions in Demoria.
- Colonist - $10,000/month
- Additional taxes may need to be collected depending on our tax amount.
- Landlord+ - $15,000/month
- Additional taxes may need to be collected depending on our tax amount.
