The entire town, really, as this guy hasn't been on in two weeks and its messing up a whole bunch of public projects. I don't think there's a town removal feature yet, so I'm filing this as the next closest thing in hopes of maybe getting ownership. Boundaries are (-15, 0, 740) to (86, 255, 840).
