Your app says -133 for post 3 and 4 however these posts are on -134.
I do notice that you are aligning your towns to fit nicely beside other towns, to do so they would need to end on -134 which means post 1/2 would need to start on 66 to keep it at 200x200.
Make sure to grab the coords you're standing on using /pos instead of what's show on f3.
