I can not open any of the chests on n4 ship for export

Import areas are moved to embassies... you must go to your embassy (/warp nation4 on lobby) and use export chests there.

Since its been 2 days since you responded, and the import is still not in your embassy im going to assume you no longer need this app. If thats wrong and you need something exported simply re-file this app when the items are in export area
