/spawn failed

Please describe in detail the bug or issue.
I was drowning so I tried to do /spawn to get to safety, but it said "teleportation location unsafe, third party plugin." so then I finished drowning. This happened while setting up the posts for my landlord town near the /rg i spawn area.

Evidence:
Unfortunately I didn't grab a screenshot of the error message, I was more focused on recovering items.

Fix should now be live, if this does happen again please post back here and tag me so I can further investigate.

@pauldersgate I have went ahead and changed how our /spawn functions, you will now teleport to the worlds spawn, and can access the portals to get back to the main world. If you have any further issues please notify the Development team immediately.
