/myeffects menu scammed me

Please describe in detail the bug or issue.
Open up the /myeffects menu and try to purchase any item that currently isn't available. I tried to purchase a unicorn mount and the money was withdrawn from my balance, but the unicorn mount was not unlocked. Would like a unicorn as compensation for posting this @Pab_Jr

... @georgie0417 it shouldn't let you purchase any mounts. I'll have @Pab_Jr @WeirdBuilder look at that.
