    Suggestion: Enable XP in Nether

    Exp farms in the nether and/or the end would make it extremely unbalanced. Just keep exp limited to the mining world where it's relatively difficult to get if you're not fishing.

    Suggestion: Lower hostile mobcap in mining worlds

    Unless you're afking in the mining world, the spawns aren't bad at all. Just keep moving to limit the area around you that mobs can spawn in.
