With WorldGuard you can create sub-Regions.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
By doing this a town owner can create plots or protect a part of his town that they don’t want specific members to have access or to break/place in that area.
Now this could be only for a Nation Leader, Governor or a Nation’s Housing and Development Officer.

+1 Subregions are great to have, but there should be a limit to the number of subregions that can be placed in a town. The limit per town could increase whenever you rank up also.

I have spoken to my Devs and been informed that it is way too much to custom code player access to this at this time. If we ever do this, it will be far down the road as it is not a high priority. As always, don't add people you don't trust to your towns.
