be able to lable the chest to make it easier to admins on moving stuff

Putting my admin input in, I don't need you to place signs. I just look for which chest is locked by you.
TBH, that just means I have to break the sign when I take your stuff.

Discussed with the rest of the admin team, and we have decided while we appreciate the thought, we feel it would be more effort for us to have to break the sign every time, and are just fine with finding the lock!
