Lower the sleep requirement

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
if 3/6 people are sleeping, allow the server to cycle quickly through the night.

Allow night to pass while 50% of players are sleeping

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
people will live, the phantoms will lose, allow the people to thrive

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.

I don't know if this is possible, but just throwing a sidebar for phantoms just getting in a bed will have them leave you alone for awhile.

We've decided it's going to be a negative on this suggestion for a couple reasons!

1) Sleep is great this season, other seasons you might want to be up during the night you never know.
2) If someone has a hostile they've been waiting for, for a while, and only a couple people make it day again that could be really frustrating.
3) It is possible to get rid of phantoms attacking you by just hopping in a bed, you don't need to sleep through the night.

If this continues to be a strong strong desire amongst the people, and you can come up with reasons above those feel free to re-suggest! But for now, we'll be denying this one!
