Implement Dynmap
Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
There are many times when the Nation's leader would like to see his nation's boundaries or where a town is located in relations to other town. The nation can plan for upcoming builds and review where strengths and weaknesses are.
Being said, those within their own Nation will only be able to view said nation and citizens would not be able to view any nations. So a permissions thing. This way no peeking can be done on the other nations.
What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
Features
* Highly configurable maps per world
* Real-time updates: maps are kept in sync with your world in real-time, updates are shown while your leave your browser

* Players with their faces are visible on the map
* Chat messages are visible (as balloons or in a chatbox) on the map.
* Map viewers can chat to players in-game.
* Current Minecraft time is visible on the map.
* Current Minecraft weather is visible on the map.
* WorldGuard, Residence, Towny and Factions regions that can be visible on the map (through corresponding Dynmap-*
plugins)
* Overall highly configurable and customizable.
Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
Yes, this will require a new plugin (Dynmap) that can work out of the box.
