Allow members to visit other nations with only visit perms

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
I love viewing what other people are doing and getting inspiration from others' builds. Essentially add tourism to the mix.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
I think allowing users to travel to other nations, but with no perms to place, or damage and a cleared inventory would be beneficial to the Imperia community as tourists will be prompted to build relationships with people in other nations.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
I don't believe so, likely permissions and configs trickery would be needed.

+1, also would be cool to be able to build embassies in other nations if you want to ally with them

I think this should be something that the nation leader can activate/deactivate, so to keep spies out.

I like this, but I agree with doug.

I think applying for a visa or something, and giving the nation leader and option to say no.

After some review we have decided that at this time this is not something that we are looking forward to doing. If you wish to meet up with other leaders you may visit eachother within Imperia(Lobby) Where we will be releasing the new embassies soon!
