Add Elytra to /shop in Tools Section

Add the elytra in shop for a high amount.
What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
Adds a reason to earn money and an incentive to spend cash and use gunpowder. Gives players an opportunity to fly around their island if they don't have rank V. Plus its fun.
Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
