A 30 minute lotto draw time
Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
I am suggesting we cut the current lotto draw time in half to 30 minutes. I feel as though the 1 hour draw time was chosen based on the expected number of players post-launch, but since it is likely that has already been exceeded it should be shortened in my opinion. Even something such as 45 minutes would be better than the current 1 hour draw time. If a server-wide time cut doesn't make sense based on lotto activity in other nations maybe another suggestion is to add an option for the nation leader to alter the lotto draw time based on activity.
What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
More money dumped into lotto and removed from the economy.
Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
