After looking into the issue, the grief is not significant enough for us to take action as breaking a chest is the only illegal action they took per server rules. Therefore, I would suggest your Judicial Officer, @DrowningInPizza and Nation Leader @DOUG_DIMMADOME decide what, if anything they wish to do. The person who broke the chest was Cptn_Pringle.
