International money transfer glitch

Please describe in detail the bug or issue.
I sent 10600 dollars to pixelguy75 in n3 while I was in n4 and according to pixelguy75 and it did not transfer the money

@Zufal I'd like to confirm that you did not send him the money in the lobby? Instead you tried to... cross server pay him?

I was on n3 when he tried to pay me.

@Zufal for future reference there is /bank deposit then go to Imperia and /bank withdraw and pay them in Imperia for cross server paying. You effectively payed his account on N4 which he can't access. I moved it over to N3 where he lives.
