/home for citizen

Please describe in detail the bug or issue.
So in the description, it says that citizen should only get 1 home, but if you do /sethome first, and then use a bed, you can have 2 homes before ranking up to colonist. If you use the bed first you can't use /sethome for a 2nd home tho.

Evidence:
I don't possess any video evidence currently, since I'm no longer citizen, but that's what I could do and what others also can do.

A fix should now be live,

You should no longer be able to set a bed with a home (it still shows a respawn point message due to vanilla mechanics). If you have any further questions dont hesitate to post here!
