Use /fill for dirt to make mud

Be able to use /fill on dirt to make mud.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
Its super annoying to have to get a water bottle and dirt over and over and over again. It would honestly be a great quality of life feature at the moment with all the new building going on at the moment!

mud blocks are also sexier than any other block in the game!

@AxiomLies lies gave this amazing idea to me to post and I was so excited to post this because my suggestion are usualy bad lol
Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
It would be under the /fill command i believe

Simply because im thinking of some things regarding this.
How about you give me some command suggestions that arent /fill!

/soak would make more sense, the command could also "soak" concrete powder into concrete. This idea is brazzenly stolen from a well known place.

EDIT: or just /moist, that works too
