That the next rank added be given the international trade color and that color be switched to something less appealing.

I think that lovely orange should be saved for the next rank to add additional incentive to ranking up beyond governor, shallow people like me want ranks for the colors as well and that orange is too nice to be wasted on a channel.
What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
I like that orange, please give.
Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
