Make Worthless Items Sell for $0

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
For items that say worthless when trying to sell, it would instead sell them for $0 to clear inventory space.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
If your inventory is filled with items that are worthless, such as snowballs, there is no easy way to get rid of them besides dropping each stack one by one.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
Not sure.

This would mean doing /sell all would delete all your tools, armor, and food. Huge -1
