Add an option to buy the invincible flag for a town on the forums.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
This would be beneficial for someone wanting to create a completely safe region in their nation. Also is another thing to spend in-game money on.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.

Due to how this effects things like the need to eat, PvP, a la war and Nations with full PvP, we are denying this for now.
