Increased homes for Governor rank.

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
I am suggesting that you get additional homes with the governor rank. Specifically 8 homes + bed for a total of 9 homes. Since the rank is expensive I believe you should be rewarded with more homes just as you are with the previous ranks.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
More incentive for users to rank up and ease of travel for higher ranked users.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.

So bed homes have been disabled, I just never got around to updating the wiki until I saw this post. In terms of the suggestion itself, I think it's weird that governor is the only rankup that doesn't increase your max homes. I'd be in favor of it giving more homes, as well as possibly adding a way to buy more homes, ideally with options for usd and imps
