Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
Implementing a plugin that allows people to buy a map containing a irl image
I would assume it would be 1 image per purchase and must be preapproved to prevent any inappropriate content being used

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
More detailed images and keeps nations clean of larger builds

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
Yes, ImageOnMap 4.1.2 is one plugin I have found but I'm sure there are others.

Image on Map causes different issues in regards to maps in general. There is no purpose to adding it to a server like this anyways personally. Regardless just my 2 cents of issues I have seen with it in prior usage.

I loved it so very much. It was great. It was amazing. It ruined using maps for literally any other purpose. Plus, as I've discovered, it creates a crazy # of files that also not great for the server. If we added it, big IF, it'd only be in the lobby as maps aren't needed there. But even then, as much as I loved that plugin, its can be not so great for other aspects so I'm going to have to deny this suggestion.
