Different Color Chats

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
Make the global chat white (easier to read).

For the nation chats make each nation chat a different color (if not already).

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
Easier to read chat.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
Not sure, probably just modify

Changing the color of global is something that could be a possibility,
Changing the nation chat color will not happen simply because they are not cross server, nation1 will see only their nation chat, and so on.

I was on my way to suggest a simple flip-flop of nation and global colors, but then I found this so I thought I'd contribute here instead of posting a new suggestion.

Chat Colors have been changed,
Global is now White, and Nation Chat is a custom hex color now.

These changes are now live.
