Consulates for each nation
Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
I suggest having a consulate for each nation, in each nation. Consulates would act as an assistant in many immigration and transport services, and act as a representative from other nations.
What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
They could serve as an assistant in immigration services, someone helping people in prison move to other nations, people who haven't gotten a citizenship yet move their things to other nations, and anything else that consulate stuff might entail. I think this'd really help to promote connections and relationships between nations and might help initiate organised trade between nations.
Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
