What are you suggesting?
An additional currency. *I know FiFyFoFumOtter has a similar suggestion, but wanting this to be a step beyond that suggestion.

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
To have an additional currency, where the community can use it for trading or selling. It could be a physical or intangible item. i.e. EXP or something that can't be crafted.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
The community could buy and sell EXP or trade EXP for specific items that are needed by the Nations. It could also be used to purchase items directly from the Server: Health, repairs or hard to to find items.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
No, don't think so. If so though, our super hero Devs will have no issues.

with this suggestion i believe that emeralds should be the "alternate currency" given they have no value to the server and they aren't too easily obtainable

Additional Currencies can be determined by each nation if they choose to have one, however at this time we won't be adding some "official" supported currency. If yall wish to use an item between eachother for trading and whatnot go ahead
