Add Voting Rewards

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
I suggest adding voting rewards to Imperia. Each vote could give a small reward such as $250 or $500 and the vote command would only work on the lobby.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
This would give players a small daily amount of money as well as potentially bring in new players to the server. I am not sure how well voting actually works for attracting more players, but it might be worth trying.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.

Voting Rewards is something we wanted to do, however, it is my understanding that the ONLY plugin that does this... (really wtf why is there only one) has some issues with one or more of our other plugins rendering it nonfunctional or buggy. For confirmation of this, I pass this onto @Pab_Jr.

In regards to voting rewards, there are multiple reasons as to why we will not be incorporating it, however for reference, voting does next to nothing in terms of advertising at this point, which just means we are handing out ingame money/items and not really going to get much out of it.
