Ability to buy additional towns

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
I am suggesting adding the ability to buy additional towns for either Mayors+ or Governors+. It would start at a certain rate, then increase depending on how many towns the user already has. I know there have been talks about more ranks coming in the future, but this could be a solution for people wanting to buy more towns.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
It is another thing to work for and spend in-game money on.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.

+1 Just makes sense, I'd say it should be Gov+ in order to apply for additional towns that are not directly tied to a rank upgrade, since it's my understanding that the intention is to add more ranks.
