A way to pick up animals and move them.

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
If we can find a way to implement the picking up of animals we can open more trade ideas. Farmers can trade cattle as a form of payment and if someone griefs our animal farms, (like mine was) we can get our animals back a bit easier.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
Opens up stock trading and farming is a bit easier

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.

At this time we will not be bringing in an additional plugin to move mobs from one location to another, your best option at this time would be to move each one individually.
