a score board on the side of our screen that tells us our balance so we dont need to type /bal in chat also it could have other info such as the ip and things

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
people not having to type /bal in chat to check bal

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
Im not sure probably scoreboard plugin

There is always the option to hold down tab, and extremely doable with any macro mod.

This may be something to look into in the future, however it is far from my top priority.
