Like something like /nonline or something that would list the IGN's of who is online in your nation when you do the command

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
easier to see if a new player has joined your nation so you can help them

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.

That would be part of the social menu added in 1.16.4. At this time seeing as mojang has a solution we won't be adding a list command to see specific users on the server, however this is something we may revist in the future.
