wait now that i realize it this might be a waste of time for u cause u banned the guy who killed me because he killed me in mining world but this guy only greifed the base

First and foremost grief in the mining world is not a server issue, its a Nation Issue. Your Nation has the ability to jail/mute players who are acting against Nation Laws and, if the Nation Laws are broken frequently enough, they can request a deportation of that player.

As you stated, someone was recently banned for your murder so the issue has been handled as far as the server is concerned.
