One shot by a cave spider through protection 4

Please describe in detail the bug or issue.
I'm wearing full prot 4 half of which is netherite and during a blood moon a single cave spider hit me once and it killed me costing me 50 levels of xp and 12 mcmmo levels. Absurd

Evidence:
I didn't screen record my cave spider grinder because it's 100% impossible for a cave spider to one shot me

So I've been looking into it but I cannot find anything regarding this nor replicate it. :/

@Revanrose6 chances are health was already low due to other circumstances, broken armor, etc. Last configuration I saw this would absolutely not be happening

i was also 1 shot through prot 4 armor by a cave spider at a public setup in n3 with almost full health i have 3 witneses @Revanrose6

^ Was there, watched it happen, armor was not broken, didn't know health level though. But was in full prot 4.

It could be latency related. I was just 1-shot by a drowned.
