Books through dispensers keeps adding tags.

Please describe in detail the bug or issue.
When using chest shops and a dispensers it keeps adding tags onto books. I have 6 books with added tags.

I will investigate this further as I have time, however at the moment I believe that this is a minecraft issue as we have discussed. If I find a fix/cause I will let you know here but for now expect this not to change anytime soon.

As far as I have been able to tell through extensive testing, this is a minecraft issue and not something we can resolve.
