Unable to deposit cents to /nbal

Please describe in detail the bug or issue.
When depositing IMPs to /nbal you are unable to deposit cents, i.e /nbal deposit 15000.50
Error: Please use a proper number when depositing/withdrawing money!

Thank you for reporting @Neecoalage, This is semi-intentional, I will only be allowing for whole numbers to be deposited into the bank at this time, I will however change the error message in order to make more sense. Hopefully this will be live in the future.
