Town Transfers
We have officially added town transfer applications! It has been decided that instead of the initial Governor+ App for a Transfer to make that Mayor+ instead.Why would I want to Transfer a Town?
Only the person who officially/legally owns the town is allowed to file applications for it. If you buy a town off someone and do not file a transfer you are in a legal gray area until you do.Price: $225,000
Requirements: Mayor+ and proof of an agreement via in game screenshots with time stamps or forum contract.
Additional Towns
Each Additional Town will be the same price once you hit Governor. The application is now in Governor+.Price: $200,000 for a 100x100 or $300,000 for up to 200x200.
