What are you suggesting?
/RT but for water

Explain in detail what you are suggesting:
A command similar to /rt that puts you randomly on land, except /rt water would put you in water. Potentially could add /rt land and have them be opposite things.

What are the benefits of your suggestion for the server?
Being able to get to water more quickly.

Will this require a new plugin or a change to an existing one? If so, which one.
I believe it would just be an add to /rt

After a bit of discussion our current system does not currently allow for this, at the moment we are trying to push a few higher priority changes. This is something that you could re-suggest in the future and we could revisit.
