As ceramicpigpig explained above that is your citizen record that needs referencing in your app.

The main issue of why i cannot complete your app atm though is that you do not have signs at each post. We require each post (a-d) to have a sign to mark out the corners. Each sign simply needs to say "<town name> post _" or something to make it noticeable that that is where the corner should be.
