A new policy will be going into effect regarding Grief Reports under a certain block count. However, for now, I will be handling this grief report.

@IMaybeYoGerbil has been found guilty of not replanting which qualifies as grief. As such, I will be tempbanning him for 6 hours and putting a mark on his record regarding this.
