I will not be considering the Tax Evasion or Grief from UBeagle's reign as 1, there is no evidence provided of it and 2, due to the server's statutes of limitations regarding deportation, listed in the server rules. However, the mute and the recent theft can be taken into account.

After Speaking to @TomKFC I will be rejecting this deportation for now. I have also spoken to @Commodore_Rossa who has been informed that breaking the Nation Rules could in the future result in his deportation and he needs to stop doing that.
