Mobs cause no harm near spawn which makes it easy to harvest them

Please describe in detail the bug or issue.
So, mobs can't harm you nor anything else really but you can harm them at a point. This makes it extremely easy to grind xp and mob drops without risking harm or anything tbh.

This is intended as far as I know and balanced by not dropping xp in spawn either. Also, mob grinders are a 0 risk way to grind mobs anyway.
